Keeping Our Local Estate Tidy

ADC are committed to litter picking in our local area.

There is nothing worse that seeing rubbish thrown to the side and making areas untidy and in need of attention, all of which can also be harmful to local wildlife. Our team of ADC litter picking volunteers are giving up a few hours of their time every month to walk around our local estate to keep it clean. Small commitments can make a big difference!

You can help make a change for the planet without breaking the bank. ADC are dedicated to cleaning up our neighborhood. Just by tidying up a small section of our street, we collected 8 bags of trash. We even received a thank you from a passing Biffa worker who took 1st load of bags off us. A beautiful day in the sun for a walk and a good chat along the way.

A big thanks this week to Caitlin, Hannah and Keiron for taking part.

You can also become a #litterhero by registering at Keep Britain Tidy here. Whether on your own or as part of a group, litter-picking is an easy and fun way to get active, improve your well-being, and take care of the environment on your doorstep.

We encourage you to make a positive impact this week by taking a moment to help the environment.
