Charity Wirral Walk For Lewy Body Dementia

Founded in 2006, the Lewy Body Dementia Association supports vital research into Lewy body dementia while raising awareness of a disease that remains widely misunderstood. The charity works tirelessly to educate the public, medical professionals, and decision-makers about the impact of Lewy body dementia and the importance of greater understanding and support.

This cause is especially close to our hearts. Our founder, Mike Parker, was diagnosed with dementia, and we’ll be walking in his honour.

Mike was the driving force behind the success of both JPF and ADC – founding the company, shaping it into what it is today, and inspiring everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him through his vision, leadership, and determination.

On Sunday 7th June, we came together as a team to walk 20km from New Brighton to Thurstaston, raising funds for the Lewy Body Society and honouring Mike, the Parker family, and all those affected by dementia.

In total we raised £550 for the charity.
