One thing you’ve learned since joining?
That respect has to be earned, you can’t join a new business and expect to be ‘the man’, you have to be humble and respect all colleagues despite position.
Colleagues at ADC have definitely given me faith in people again!
What made you want to join the company?
Culture and an opportunity to make a difference.
One thing people don’t know about you?
I used to be a DJ when I was younger playing at some great venues around Europe and America, with The Hacienda as a key highlight.
What song is always on your playlist?
Tough choice, would have to go with either Take Five by The Dave Brubeck Quartet or Bob by Vital Link
Dream travel destination?
Bora Bora
Favourite comfort food?
Freshly cooked warm roast ham cooked in honey and mustard, with a nice baguette

Favourite way to unwind after work?
Cycling, Paddle-Boarding, Sea Swimming, Surfing
Best band /show you have seen live?
Music wise probably Leftfield in 2000 and tied top would be Faithless around 2004, as for a live event, got to be Giselle ballet adaptation by Akram Khan………unbelievable!
