Team Bonding & Wellbeing Football Sessions 

Getting together with a kickaround!  

Every 2 weeks ADC organize football matches for anyone to take part in in a way to improve health, exercise and general wellbeing. It can get quite competitive, but our staff enjoy the meet up and socialising after a busy week of work. We have a good mix of players and ages with the aim just to have fun!

There’s plenty of evidence that taking part in physical activity can have a profound and positive impact on mental wellbeing. Being physically active can improve mood, decrease the chance of depression and anxiety and lead to a better and more balanced lifestyle.
