Constant upselling on PPM visits and inflated quotes became the norm. So when I hit my limit, I brought ADC Entrance Solutions in to price a job my old company had quoted for. ADC came back £1,500 cheaper. That said everything I needed to know. I've used ADC ever since and have now handed them my full PPM contract. The difference in experience has been night and day. Completed tempory fix at 7pm,excellent work ethics making sure our premises was safe and secure. Knowledge of the job requirements was second to none, left job safe and secure, returned following morning to double check measurments for complete new doors and frame work.
