  • We check the condition and operation of the arm, belt, adjust, secure, and lubricate if needed.

  • We check the condition & operation of the pivot system, rollers, motor and gearbox and lubricate if needed.

  • We check the condition of the hydraulic unit, pump, gearbox, return pulley or drive unit.

  • We clean the door safety sensor lens covers inside and out including any weather covers.

  • We clean all activation device covers inside and out including any weather covers.
